FENIX: o Novo sistema de gestão escolar
Acesso ao sistema:
§ Aceda a https://fenix.ucp.pt
§ Selecione o idioma pretendido (PT ou EN) no canto superior direito;
§ Clique no botão “Login UCP” e utilize as suas credenciais IDU (e-mail institucional e respetiva palavra-passe). (ver documento: FENIX_01_AcessoSistema)
Registo Académico:
Todos os seus registos académicos foram transferidos para o FENIX, pelo que já pode consultar o seu Currículo (ver documento: FENIX_02_Percurso Académico).
Tesouraria Escolar e propinas:
§ No FENIX, os pagamentos podem ser realizados por referências MB (ver documento: FENIX_03_Pagamentos);
§ Durante o dia de hoje, 30 de outubro (até às 24h), ainda será possível efetuar pagamentos utilizando as referências MB disponíveis no e-SCA. A partir de amanhã, estas referências deixarão de estar disponíveis, passando todos os pagamentos a ser realizados exclusivamente com referências MB disponíveis no FENIX;
§ Os pagamentos realizados no SOPHIA entre 23 e 30 de outubro serão atualizados no FENIX até ao dia 2 de Novembro.
Requerimentos:
A partir de amanhã, 31 de outubro, todos os novos pedidos de requerimentos terão de ser submetidos exclusivamente no Fenix (ver documento: FENIX_ 04_Requerimentos).

System Access:
§ Select the desired language (PT or EN) in the top right corner
§ Click the “Login UCP” button and use your IDU credentials (institutional email and corresponding password)

Academic Records:
All your academic records have been transferred to FENIX, and you can now consult your Curriculum (see document: FENIX_02_StudentAcademicBackgroud).
Treasury and tuition fees:
- In FENIX, you can make payments via MB reference (see document: FENIX_03_Payments).
- During today (30th October until midnight) you can still make payments using the MB references available on e-SCA. From tomorrow these references will no longer be available, and payments will be made exclusively in FENIX.
- Payments made in SOPHIA between November 23 and 30 will be updated in FENIX by November 2th.
Requisitions:
From tomorrow, October 31, all requisitions must be submitted exclusively through FENIX. (see document: FENIX_04_Requisitions).
